However, if a stock discrepancy occurs, and we are unable to fulfill your entire order, we will ship the available items and contact you regarding the back-ordered items. You may choose to wait for restocking or request a refund for the out-of-stock items.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: A flat rate of EGP 80 is charged for shipping within. This cost is calculated at checkout and will be included in your total purchase.
  • Final Price: The shipping fee is fixed, and no additional charges will apply.

3. Return Policy

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
  • Conditions: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt if you change your mind. The items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must arrange their own shipping. Refunds for returns due to change of mind will be issued as store credit, excluding any shipping fees.
3.2 Warranty Returns
  • Warranty Claims: We honor valid warranty claims within 90 days of receipt. Customers must pre-pay the return shipping costs, which will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim.
  • Refund Options: After confirming the warranty claim, you may choose between a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (if available).

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Shipping Time
  • Transit Time: Domestic shipments typically take 2-7 days.
4.2 International Shipping Time
  • Transit Time: International orders generally take 4-22 days, depending on the selected courier. An estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
  • Processing: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
4.4 Address Changes
  • Change Requests: Delivery address changes can be made before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 Out of Stock Items
  • Refunds: If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item and dispatch the rest of your order.

    • Damaged Parcels: Refunds or replacements will be processed after the courier completes an investigation.
    • Lost Parcels: Refunds or replacements will be processed after the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
